Amid the chatter, Tanya’s parents have now issued a heartfelt statement through her team on Instagram. Sharing their “mix of emotions,” they expressed pride in watching their daughter on such a grand platform but also pain at seeing her subjected to negativity.
“We cannot explain the emotions we feel seeing our Tanya on the country’s biggest reality show. Nothing makes us prouder than watching her shine, but nothing hurts more than seeing her being pulled down by those who don’t even know her,” they wrote.
They urged people not to rush to judgment, requesting viewers to wait until Tanya’s journey concludes.
“To everyone questioning her or making allegations, we have one request—please hold your judgments until her journey is complete. Your reels and comments may win attention, but they leave scars that last a lifetime,” the statement added.
Tanya’s parents further appealed for privacy, asking that their family be kept out of the ongoing discussions.
“We ask with folded hands—please keep us, her family, out of this. Every harsh word directed at her cuts us deeply too. We raised our daughter with love, and it hurts to see her surrounded by such negativity. All we hope is that kindness prevails. Until then, we stand by our Tanya with love and faith,” they concluded.
