NEW DELHI: The Bihar Assembly elections will be conducted in two phases, with polling scheduled for November 6 and 11, and the counting of votes set for November 14, Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar announced on Monday.
The entire election process is expected to conclude by November 16.
“Bihar elections will take place in two phases on November 6 and 11, with vote counting on November 14,” Kumar said at a press conference.
He added, “It is mandatory to complete the counting of postal ballots before the last two rounds of vote counting.”
