BJP MLA Ranbir Singh Pathania criticised Mehbooba Mufti for issuing statements that he described as “illogical and misleading.” He claimed that her remarks were intended to create confusion and misrepresent facts regarding political and administrative matters in Jammu and Kashmir.
Pathania emphasised that such statements do not contribute constructively to public discourse and urged political leaders to focus on genuine developmental issues rather than spreading misinformation. He further stated that the people of the region are better served when discussions remain fact-based and solution-oriented.
The MLA called on all political parties to exercise responsibility in their public statements and refrain from making comments that could unnecessarily stir controversy or mislead the public. He stressed the importance of maintaining transparency and accountability in political communication.
