Bovine Smuggling Bid Foiled by Rajouri Police
The Police Party from Police Station Nowshera foiled a bovine smuggling attempt and rescued 11 bovine animals that were being transported illegally in a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing registration number JK12B-1415. The vehicle was intercepted while moving from Siot towards Kashmir via Mughal Road. The driver of the vehicle managed to flee from the spot.
In this regard a case FIR No. 92/2025 under Section 223 BNS and Section 11 PCA Act has been registered at Police Station Nowshera and investigation is underway.
