Brigade Enterprises Q2 Sales Bookings Rise 12% to ₹2,034 Crore on Strong Demand

New Delhi: Realty major Brigade Enterprises Ltd reported a 12% year-on-year rise in sales bookings to ₹2,034 crore for the second quarter of FY26, driven by healthy housing demand. The company’s sales bookings were ₹1,821 crore in the same period last year.

According to its latest investor presentation, Brigade recorded pre-sales of ₹2,034 crore during the July–September quarter, with sales volumes touching 1.90 million sq ft, up 13% year-on-year.

Of the total bookings, the residential segment contributed ₹1,795 crore, while commercial properties accounted for ₹239 crore.

Recently, the company reported a 37% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹162.5 crore for the September quarter, compared to ₹118.98 crore a year earlier. Total income increased to ₹1,429.86 crore from ₹1,138.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25.

“We are entering the second half of the fiscal with strong tailwinds. Our business development and launch pipeline across key markets remain robust, supported by healthy leasing momentum and growth in hospitality. Operational performance has improved significantly, and overall business sentiment is positive,” said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd.
