NEW DELHI: Vice President-elect C P Radhakrishnan is expected to take the oath of office from President Droupadi Murmu on Friday, officials said.
The formal swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on September 12, they added.
Radhakrishnan, 67, secured victory in the vice presidential election on Tuesday, defeating joint opposition candidate B Sudershan Reddy by a margin of 152 votes.
