Chennai: The makers of director Adhvaith Nayar’s much-awaited action entertainer “Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies” thrilled fans on Saturday with the online release of its explosive teaser.

Produced by Reel World Entertainment, the teaser offers a high-octane glimpse into the raw, colourful, and chaotic world of Kerala’s wrestling culture — a universe driven by power, pride, and pure adrenaline.

Described as one of Malayalam cinema’s most daring and inventive spectacles, Chatha Pacha promises an unapologetically local story told with a distinctly global cinematic flair.

The film is backed by Creative Producer Shihan Shoukath, along with Ritesh and Ramesh S. Ramakrishnan, under the Reel World Entertainment banner. Directed by debutant Adhvaith Nayar, the film channels the gritty pulse of Kerala’s street life and fuses it with the flamboyant energy of the wrestling ring.

The teaser captures fleeting glimpses of this unruly, vivid world — bursting with life, colour, and eccentric characters. Featuring Arjun Ashokan, Roshan Mathew, Vishak Nair, and Ishan Shoukath, the preview teases a film that’s fierce, unpredictable, and unapologetically wild.

Creative Producer Shihan Shoukath shared,

“We’ve spent two years building Chatha Pacha from scratch — it’s grown from a scrappy underdog idea into a living, breathing world. It’s loud, chaotic, emotional, and rooted in a culture we love, yet fresh and genre-bending. The teaser only hints at the madness we’ve created — blending the thrill of wrestling, the grit of Fort Kochi, and that big-screen energy we’ve all missed.”

Actor Roshan Mathew added,

Chatha Pacha is unlike anything I’ve done before — and I think that’s true for everyone involved. It’s a beautifully mad project. The teaser is just a peek into the world of CP, and I can’t wait to see how audiences respond.”

The film marks the Malayalam debut of the legendary composer trio Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy, who are creating its soundtrack.

The technical crew includes Anend C. Chandran as Director of Photography, Kalai Kingson on action choreography, Vinayak Sasikumar as lyricist, and Mujeeb Majeed composing the score. The screenplay is by Sanoop Thykoodam, and editing by Praveen Prabhakar.
