Baramulla, November 19 — In recognition of their outstanding service and coordination with security forces, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla and Sub-Divisional Magistrate Uri were felicitated with prestigious Army Commendation Cards. The honour was conferred by the local Army formation during a ceremony held in Baramulla.

The commendation highlights the officers’ role in strengthening civil-military cooperation, ensuring smooth execution of welfare initiatives, and supporting community outreach programmes in sensitive border areas. Their efforts have been instrumental in fostering trust between the administration, citizens, and the armed forces.
