Rajouri: Indian Army remains dedicated to empowering women by guiding them towards career opportunities and self-reliance. In line with this objective, an awareness session was conducted at High School, Kundal to educate students about various career prospects and employment avenues. The session aimed to inspire young girls to explore different fields and equip them with the knowledge of right career choices. The session provided valuable insights into various job opportunities in government and private sectors, emphasising the importance of education and skill development.
Students were encouraged to focus on their studies and briefed on advantages of available career paths, including professional training programs and self-employment initiatives. The interactive discussion allowed students to ask questions and gain clarity on different career options suited to their interests and abilities. A total of 30 Girls and 06 Teachers attended the session.
The students and teachers of High School, Kundal, expressed their gratitude towards the Indian Army for organising the session and their sustained efforts to empower the women. This will go a long way in empowering the women of the region and will help them understand the importance of education and employment. These endeavors by the Indian Army will not only aid the women in achieving economic independence but also ensure preservation of hard earned peace and tranquility in the region.
