RAMBAN: As part of the Swachhta Hi Seva 2025 campaign, the 84 Bn CRPF organized a large-scale cleanliness drive today at District Hospital Ramban and along the banks of the Chenab River.
The drive was led by Commandant N. Ranbir Singh, Second-in-Command Vikram Singh, Assistant Commandant Roop Ram Meena, and over 50 personnel of the 84 Bn CRPF, joined by officials and Safai Mitras of District Hospital Ramban.
During the campaign, CRPF personnel focused on cleaning the hospital premises, particularly the Blood Bank Centre, by trimming overgrown grass, removing plastic waste, and collecting garbage. The drive was later extended to the Chenab River banks, where participants collected plastic, polybags, and other harmful waste materials to promote the preservation of clean and healthy water bodies.
On the occasion, Commandant N. Ranbir Singh urged citizens to actively engage in cleanliness efforts by maintaining their surroundings and public spaces, contributing to a clean, green, and prosperous India.
To recognize their efforts, the Commandant presented gifts and certificates of appreciation to the Safai Mitras of District Hospital Ramban and the personnel of 84 Bn CRPF.
