JAMMU: Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Dr. Rakesh Minhas, today visited Rajinder Bazaar in Old Jammu City, where he engaged with the bazaar association to hear their concerns and demands.
Traders highlighted several issues, including the need for security camera installations, measures to reduce congestion, repairing sagging wires and cables, and developing the market as a heritage site.
Dr. Minhas listened attentively and assured the traders that their requests have been duly noted for further consideration. He also emphasized that they would be kept informed and involved in future initiatives aimed at enhancing trade, tourism, and commerce in the city.
