JAMMU: Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Rakesh Minhas, today conducted a detailed review of the Jammu-Akhnoor National Highway project.
He inspected progress across Packages 1, 2, 3A, and 3B, covering key stretches including Bhagwati Nagar, Ganesh Vihar, Muthi, Domana, Ambaran, Chak Singha, and Hanuman Chowk.
General Manager of the Project Management Unit, NHIDCL, Col. Ajat Shatroo Jamwal, briefed the Deputy Commissioner on the current status of the project.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner evaluated ongoing challenges and provided directions to ensure swift execution and accelerated progress. He reaffirmed full administrative support to facilitate timely completion, setting a target of eight months to finish the remaining work.
