DDC Chairman Inaugurates Newly Constructed Building, Boundary Wall at BHSS Bhaderwah

DODA: Chairman, District Development Council (DDC) Doda, Dhananter Singh Kotwal, today inaugurated a newly constructed five-classroom building and boundary wall at Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Bhaderwah.

The new infrastructure, comprising well-furnished classrooms and a protective boundary wall, aims to provide students with a safe and conducive learning environment. The project has been executed under the Samagra Shiksha and District Capex Budget, reflecting the government’s ongoing efforts to upgrade educational facilities across Doda district.

DDC Councilor Yudhvir Singh Thakur and School Principal Kapoor Singh were also present on the occasion. The Chairman appreciated the Education Department and executing agencies for completing the project within the stipulated timeframe.

In his address, DDC Chairman Dhananter Singh Kotwal reiterated the Council’s commitment to strengthening the education sector, particularly in rural and far-flung areas. He underscored the importance of improved infrastructure in achieving academic excellence and motivating students to perform better. He also urged teachers and students to make optimal use of the new facilities to enhance the overall learning outcomes.
