New Delhi, Nov 28: Investigators probing the recent Delhi blast have identified two additional hideouts in Faridabad linked to terror suspect Muzammil, officials said on Friday. The discovery was made during follow-up raids carried out by central agencies in coordination with local police.
Officials confirmed that the hideouts were used by Muzammil to evade detection and plan movements following the blast. Evidence recovered from the locations includes documents, electronic devices, and materials suspected to have been used for logistics and communication.
The probe has revealed that Muzammil had established multiple safe houses in Faridabad, underscoring the scale of planning behind the operation. Investigators are examining links between these hideouts and other associates to determine the extent of the network.
Authorities said the identification of the hideouts marks a significant breakthrough in the ongoing investigation. Security agencies are continuing searches in the National Capital Region to trace further connections and prevent any potential threats.
The case remains under active investigation, with officials reiterating that all leads are being pursued to ensure accountability and strengthen preventive measures against future incidents.
