POONCH: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary today visited the revered Shri Budha Amarnath Ji Shrine in Mandi on the occasion of the Chari Mubarak Yatra and offered his obeisance.

He was accompanied by MLA Haveli Ajaz Ahmed Jan, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Poonch, and other senior district officials.

During his visit, the Deputy Chief Minister performed prayers and rituals at the ancient shrine, seeking blessings for peace, prosperity, and the well-being of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He expressed hope that the divine grace of Lord Bholenath would continue to bless the region with harmony and brotherhood.

The Deputy Chief Minister also met Swami Vishavatmanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj at the Mandi Mandir Complex and received his blessings.

The Annual Chari Mubarak Yatra, led by Acharya Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandleshwar Swami Vishavatmanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, commenced on Thursday from the Dashnami Akhara Mandir complex in Poonch and proceeded towards the Shri Budha Amarnath Ji Shrine at Rajpura, Mandi.
