SRINAGAR: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary today chaired a detailed review meeting at the Civil Secretariat to assess the progress of various R&B development projects in Ganderbal district.
MLA Kangan, Mehar Ali, along with senior officers from Ganderbal and Kangan, attended the meeting.
The Deputy Chief Minister directed officials to ensure the timely completion of key projects and urged immediate resolution of any issues hindering progress. He stressed the importance of maintaining quality, adhering to deadlines, and promoting active community participation to ensure development schemes benefit people at the grassroots level.
During the meeting, he highlighted the need for a proactive approach among officers to address public concerns efficiently. Reaffirming his commitment to the district’s development, the Deputy Chief Minister also cautioned against delays in executing works under various schemes.
The attending officers briefed him on the status of ongoing R&B projects at different stages of execution.
