SRINAGAR: Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh on Monday expressed confidence that all three Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidates will secure victory in the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking to reporters, Dr. Singh said the BJP firmly believes in democracy and upholds democratic values. “There is no scope for cross-voting or any such issues. Our candidates will emerge victorious in the Rajya Sabha polls,” he stated.
He added that if party MLAs listen to their conscience, they will realize that the future of Jammu and Kashmir is secure under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Union Minister, along with other senior BJP leaders, accompanied the party’s candidates to the Assembly complex for the submission of their nomination papers.
