SRINAGAR: In a major step towards strengthening public services and creating employment opportunities for the youth, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary, along with Advisor to Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani, today distributed eight appointment letters under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme (RAS-2022) at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
Congratulating the appointees, the Deputy Chief Minister urged them to serve with dedication and honesty. “These appointment letters are not merely job offers but a responsibility towards the people of Jammu and Kashmir. I am confident that the youth appointed today will work with sincerity and uphold the values of accountability and public service,” he said.



Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani echoed these sentiments, reiterating the government’s commitment to expanding employment avenues and ensuring fair and transparent recruitment. He added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, the administration is working tirelessly to empower the youth.
The appointees expressed gratitude to the government for the opportunity and assured that they would discharge their duties diligently.
The ceremony concluded with words of encouragement from both dignitaries, who reaffirmed the government’s resolve to accelerate recruitment drives across the Union Territory.
