Srinagar: A fire broke out on Wednesday evening at the Jio office in the Metro International Complex near Hattrick, Rajbagh, Srinagar, and later spread to the adjoining Jammu and Kashmir Bank branch.
Officials said fire tenders were immediately rushed to the spot, and firefighting operations were launched promptly. The blaze has been largely brought under control, and no casualties have been reported so far.
Police and emergency teams swiftly reached the site to prevent the fire from spreading further.
The exact cause of the fire is being investigated, and authorities are assessing the extent of the damage to the building.
