JAMMU: Authorities recovered five rusted grenades from a village in the Akhnoor sector on Tuesday, officials reported.
A joint team of police and Army personnel discovered the grenades in a remote location in the Dori Dager area of Chowki Choura this evening, the officials said.
The recovery followed a specific tip-off, and an operation is currently underway in the area to safely defuse the explosives.
