NEW DELHI: Godrej Properties Ltd on Monday announced the sale of 683 housing units worth over Rs 1,000 crore in its newly launched residential project in Hyderabad, driven by strong buyer demand.

In a regulatory filing, the company stated that the sales were from its project ‘Godrej Regal Pavilion’ in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, launched earlier this month. The 683 homes sold cover a total area of 1.20 million square feet.

The entire project spans 4.14 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,600 crore. Commenting on the response, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said, “This outcome reflects the rising preference for trusted, branded residences and Hyderabad’s strong growth potential.”

Recently, Godrej Properties acquired a 7.82-acre land parcel in Hyderabad through auction for Rs 548 crore. The upcoming project on this site is projected to generate revenue of around Rs 3,800 crore.

Godrej Properties is among India’s leading real estate developers, with a strong presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad. The company has also expanded into several tier II cities, developing large residential townships, and continues to grow through land acquisitions, both via outright purchases and joint ventures with landowners.
