SRINAGAR: The government has attached Bashir Ahmad Shah, In-charge Chief Education Officer (CEO) Baramulla, to the office of the Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
According to an order issued by the School Education Department, “Pending inquiry, Mr. Bashir Ahmad Shah, In-charge CEO Baramulla, is hereby attached to the Directorate of School Education Kashmir with immediate effect. Meanwhile, the Chief Education Officer, Bandipora, will hold additional charge of the CEO Baramulla post, and the Principal of DIET Sopore, Baramulla, will continue until further orders.”
Additionally, the Joint Director of Education (North) Kashmir has been directed to conduct an inquiry and submit a report to the Administrative Department within 15 days.
The government reiterated its commitment to the welfare of the public and employees, emphasizing that anyone acting in official matters without proper authorization will face appropriate action.
