Milan: Hero MotoCorp on Tuesday unveiled a range of next-generation electric mobility products under its new ‘Novus’ range, introduced by its emerging mobility business unit VIDA, at the EICMA 2025 global two-wheeler exhibition.

The highlight of the showcase was the NEX 3, a compact four-wheeled micro electric vehicle designed for personal mobility. The company also introduced two other innovative products — the NEX 1, a portable, wearable micro mobility device, and the NEX 2, an electric trike.

Describing the new range, Hero MotoCorp Executive Chairman Pawan Munjal said, “Novus symbolises renewal and reinvention. It reimagines how the world will move, shaping a future that’s inspiring, intelligent and inclusive.

The NEX 3 is a tandem two-seater (front and back) electric vehicle built for both urban and rural mobility. It offers the safety and comfort of four wheels in an elegant, weather-proof form.

According to the company, the VIDA Novus portfolio represents the future of mobility — “intelligent, sustainable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life.”

Hero MotoCorp also announced the European launch of the VIDA VX2 urban electric scooter and showcased two concept electric motorcycles — VIDA Concept Ubex and VIDA Project VxZ, the latter developed in partnership with Zero Motorcycles USA.

In addition, the company unveiled the VIDA DIRT.E Series, a new line of off-road electric motorcycles. The lineup includes the DIRT.E K3, designed for children aged 4 to 10, and the DIRT.E MX7 Racing Concept, a high-performance, agile off-road electric motorcycle.
