JAMMU: Security forces on Thursday uncovered a hideout and recovered an AK-47 rifle along with ammunition in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials reported.
The operation took place in the Berighouth-Dugadda area of Chatroo during a routine search, leading to the discovery of the hideout.
Officials said the recovered items included one AK-47 rifle, a magazine, 30 rounds of ammunition — some of which were of Pakistani origin — and a binocular.
