Rajouri: The Indian Army, as part of ‘Operation Sadbhavana’, conducted a Personality Development, including an English Speaking Workshop, for youth at Thanamandi, Rajouri district. This skill development initiative aimed to improve communication skills, build confidence, and help participants achieve greater success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. The course was conducted from 20 January 2025 to 15 February 2025 and saw the active participation of 22 students from local communities.
The Indian Army has always been a pillar of support in guiding and empowering local students by providing skill development opportunities. Recognizing the promising career prospects of English-speaking skills in the future, the Personality Development and English Speaking Workshop was organized for students from Thanamandi and nearby areas. By combining Personality Development with English Speaking skills, this workshop provided a unique opportunity for participants to enhance their communication abilities, build confidence, and develop a more positive and empowered self-image.
The skills and knowledge gained through this workshop will also enable participants to build stronger, more effective relationships with others, both in their personal and professional lives. Each participant’s progress is a testament to the dedication and perseverance of these students. Refreshments were also provided to the students. As a token of recognition, certificates for participation and gifts were awarded to all participants and the instructor. This initiative not only empowers the youth of Thanamandi but also strengthens the bond between the Army and the local community.
