Indian Army Conducted Quiz Competition for Students of Govt High School

Ramban: In a continued effort to foster national pride, general awareness and a deeper understanding of the Indian Army’s pivotal role in nation building, the Indian Army successfully conducted an interactive quiz competition for students of Govt High School, Bankot Village in Banihal. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of classes IX and X, who showcased their knowledge on a wide range of topics including Indian history, current affairs, science & technology, and the Indian Army’s contributions to national development.

The chief guest at the event, addressed the students and emphasized the importance of education, awareness, and patriotism. “The youth of our country are the torchbearers of tomorrow. By nurturing their curiosity and understanding of the nation’s defence forces, we aim to build a stronger, more informed future generation,” he said.

The quiz was designed to be both informative and engaging, encouraging teamwork and critical thinking. Prizes were awarded to the top-performing teams, and all participants received consolation prizes in recognition of their enthusiasm and effort. Local community leaders and school staff appreciated the Indian Army’s outreach initiative, noting its positive impact on the students’ morale and aspirations.
