Indian Army Conducts Humanitarian Outreach at Naushera Rajouri

Rajouri: Demonstrating unwavering commitment to fostering goodwill and enhancing the quality of life in remote regions close to the LOC, the Indian Army’s unit of White Knight Corps conducted an extensive distribution of essential items to the school & residents of Kallal Village, Naushera.

This humanitarian outreach aims to strengthen bonds with the local community and ensure they receive necessary support for their well-being and socio-economic development. In a ceremony attended by Indian Army Officials, villagers, school children and local administration officials, the Indian Army distributed a variety of essential items to the Government Lower High School, Kallal and the villagers including solar inverter, computer infrastructure, water tanks, solar inverters, solar lanterns and projector with screen for the community.

These items address critical needs, especially for development of the children and village people and reinforce the Army’s commitment to the welfare of the population of Jammu and Kashmir. The initiative seeks to build mutual trust and respect between the Indian Army and the local population. By addressing basic necessities and offering support to those in need, the Indian Army is not only promoting peace but also helping to foster an environment conducive to sustainable development in the region. Residents of Kallal Village, Naushera expressed their deep gratitude for the Indian Army’s efforts, highlighting how the support will make a meaningful difference in their and children lives, especially in challenging times.
