Rajouri: In alignment with the Indian Army’s core objective of maintaining cordial relations with local citizens and fostering community welfare, the Indian Army organised an informative and interactive lecture titled ‘Achhi Sehat Ke Gharelu Nuske’ in the remote areas of Pattian, Chharung, Chamrer, and surrounding villages. The primary focus of the event was to spread awareness among the local populace, especially the younger generation, regarding age-old home remedies for maintaining good health and well-being. The lecture placed special emphasis on the importance of physical fitness as an essential component of a healthy lifestyle.

Attended by 83 locals, the session served as an educational platform to promote best practices for boosting both physical and mental well-being. The initiative also included interactive sessions where Indian Army representatives engaged directly with youth and community members, explaining natural ways to remain healthy using locally available resources. Refreshments were served to all attendees, making the gathering both informative and hospitable. This outreach was widely appreciated by the Awam, highlighting the Indian Army’s compassionate approach and deep-rooted commitment towards the welfare of people residing in remote and difficult-to-access regions. It further reinforced the trust and emotional bond between the Indian Army and Awam, bridging the gap where civil administration faces limitations.
