Asaduddin Owaisi expressed deep grief over the bus accident in Saudi Arabia that claimed the lives of several Indian pilgrims. He extended his condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the swift recovery of any injured passengers. Owaisi urged the Government of India to take immediate steps to ensure that the bodies of the victims are brought back to the country with dignity and promptness.
The AIMIM leader highlighted the need for proper coordination between Indian authorities and Saudi officials to facilitate the repatriation process and provide all necessary assistance to the families affected by the tragedy. He emphasised that every effort should be made to support the bereaved families during this difficult time.
Owaisi’s appeal also underscored the importance of protecting Indian pilgrims abroad and ensuring that timely interventions are in place to manage emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being while on religious journeys.
