New Delhi, Nov 24: The Indian Navy has commissioned INS Mahe, an indigenously-built anti-submarine warfare (ASW) vessel, enhancing its operational capabilities in the maritime domain. The induction of INS Mahe strengthens India’s focus on self-reliance in defense production and modern naval warfare.
INS Mahe is equipped with advanced sensors and weapon systems designed to detect and counter submarine threats. The vessel is expected to play a critical role in securing India’s maritime boundaries and contributing to regional stability.
