JAMMU: A drug smuggler was apprehended in Jammu with heroin valued at Rs 50 lakh, the Border Security Force (BSF) said on Saturday.
The arrest was made during a joint search operation by BSF personnel and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials in Miran Sahib, near the International Border, on August 22, according to a BSF post on X.
The suspect is currently under interrogation, and authorities expect further arrests and recoveries in connection with the case.
