Clips from the event have gone viral on social media, showing Janhvi in a light-colored traditional ensemble. She paired a shimmering embroidered blouse with a long skirt, her hair styled in a braid adorned with intricate accessories, and completed the look with a layered necklace and bold earrings.
The highlight of the celebration came when Janhvi smashed the Dahi Handi. With a playful smile, she asked, “Zor se marna padega,” before successfully breaking the pot and joining the crowd in jubilant festivities.
On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor will next star alongside Sidharth Malhotra in Tushar Jalota’s Param Sundari. The film narrates the chaotic love story of a Punjabi boy and a Kerala girl, with Sanjay Kapoor and Manjot Singh in key roles. The trailer, released earlier this week, promises a delightful blend of romance, comedy, and action. Param Sundari is slated for release on August 29.
