Mumbai: Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a heartfelt birthday message for her sister-in-law, actor Soha Ali Khan.
Taking to Instagram, Kareena posted a series of pictures, including one with Soha, describing her as “funny” and “supportive.”
“May the books, sugar-free cake, and the love you have for your brother and me never run out. You funny, supportive, lovely one… Happy birthday, sister-in-law! Love you always @sakpataudi,” Kareena wrote in the caption.
Soha responded playfully, “No danger of that!! I am supremely loyal to my family, my literature, and my desserts!! Sometimes the order of priority changes… love you!!”
Born on October 4, Soha has acted in films such as Dil Maange More, Rang De Basanti, Ahista Ahista, and Chhorii 2.
Meanwhile, Kareena is set to appear in Daayra, co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran. The actors recently kicked off shooting for the film, sharing glimpses from the first day on social media.

From performing a puja ceremony to discussing scenes with director Meghna Gulzar, doing look tests, shooting, and reading scripts, Kareena offered fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the film’s preparation. Veteran lyricist Gulzar also visited the set and interacted with the team.
Prithviraj expressed his excitement in a post: “#Daayra is officially rolling. A new story, a new journey that challenges and excites in equal parts. Thrilled to be stepping into this world.”
Director Meghna Gulzar shared a special note marking the start of a journey exploring “blurred and crossed lines.”
Announced earlier this year, Daayra features Kareena in a role she confirmed publicly. The National Award-winning filmmaker described the film as a story that will make viewers reflect on society and its institutions.
