Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan recently shared glimpses of her Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, giving fans a peek into the festive family affair.
On Sunday, Kareena posted several pictures on her Instagram Stories, featuring family members including her mother Babita, sister Karisma Kapoor, and cousins Aadar Jain and Armaan Jain with their wives Alekha Advani and Anissa Malhotra Jain.
One picture showcased the siblings posing together in traditional attire, while another captured Kareena alongside her mother, sister, Alekha, and Anissa, with the beautifully decorated Ganpati idol in the background.
Kareena also shared a solo picture, looking radiant in a white dress paired with kohl-lined eyes, minimal jewelry, and a red bindi. She captioned it: “Bindi and me, match made in heaven. Who agrees?”
Karisma Kapoor also posted moments from the gathering, donning a light green suit and looking stunning. Kareena commented on her sister’s post, calling her the “Best Girl in the whole world.”
Earlier, Kareena had shared a glimpse of her children celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi, with her son Jeh seen seeking blessings from Ganpati Bappa. She reflected fondly on the family tradition, writing: “I remember, as a child, the RK family Ganpati was always special, just like how we celebrated all festivals… Now, my children look forward to it too… Ganpati Bappa Morya! Bless us all with love and peace forever from all of us.”
On the professional front, Kareena will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran. Meghna describes the film as: “a story that compels you to reflect on the society we live in and its institutions that pilot us.”
