Mumbai: Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s much-awaited film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri will now release on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025, instead of Valentine’s Day 2026.
The makers announced the revised date on Sunday, calling it the perfect chance for fans to celebrate a “movie date night.” Sharing the update along with a party-themed picture, Kartik and Ananya wrote: “Your last day of the year is with us. The year ends but Love Begins.”
Kartik also teased fans on Instagram, saying, “Aise ho sakta hai ki poora saal aap aur hum theatre mein na milein? You and Us – We Have a date.”
Fans were quick to flood the comments section with excitement. “Best way to end the year!” one wrote, while another added, “We are ready!!”
The announcement comes just days after Kartik confirmed the film’s wrap, calling the 57-day shoot a “fun-filled rollercoaster ride.” He also praised Ananya for her performance, writing: “No one else could have brought to life what you did in TMMT. Always pure joy working with you.”
Alongside Kartik and Ananya, the cast includes Jackie Shroff and Neena Gupta. Directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced by Dharma Productions, the film marks Kartik’s second collaboration with the filmmaker after Satyaprem Ki Katha.
Originally slated for a February 13, 2026 release, the romantic drama will now arrive two months earlier, promising fans a grand cinematic farewell to the year.
