JAMMU: In response to flash floods caused by a cloudburst in a Kishtwar village, the Jammu and Kashmir administration on Thursday established a control room and help desk to support affected residents and pilgrims.
Officials confirmed that at least 12 people have lost their lives, with the toll expected to rise. The control room has been set up in Paddar, around 15 km from Chositi village, the site of the disaster.
