SRINAGAR: Police on Thursday apprehended a suspected drug peddler in Kulgam district, Jammu and Kashmir, after recovering narcotics from his possession, officials said.
“Continuing its efforts to combat the drug menace, police today arrested a drug peddler in Qazigund and seized contraband from him,” a police spokesperson stated.
According to the spokesperson, the individual, identified as Waseem Ahmad Reshi, was stopped during a routine mobile vehicle check.
