He will next face Alex Lanier of France this afternoon, with the match set to begin at 5:10 PM.
In the men’s doubles, sixth-seeded duo Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty also entered the quarter-finals, overcoming Yang Po-han and Liu Kuang-Heng of Chinese Taipei. The Indian pair will take on Indonesia’s Muhammad Rian Ardianto and Rahmat Hidayat later today, with their match scheduled for 4:30 PM.
