Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday paid homage to two Army soldiers — Lance Havildar Palash Ghosh and Lance Naik Sujay Ghosh — who lost their lives during a counter-terror operation in the Kishtwar Range of Kokernag, amid harsh weather conditions.
Laying a wreath in their honour, the LG said, “I salute the supreme sacrifice of our bravehearts, Lance Havildar Palash Ghosh and Lance Naik Sujay Ghosh. The nation will remain forever indebted to their exemplary valour and selfless service. We stand with the families of our martyrs in this hour of grief.”
