Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has underscored significant improvements in the security situation of Jammu and Kashmir since August 2019, following the abrogation of Article 370. He noted that coordinated efforts by security forces and agencies have led to a marked decline in infiltration attempts and terror-related incidents across the Union Territory.

Addressing a public gathering, the Lieutenant Governor emphasized that the strengthened security grid has created a safer environment for residents and visitors, paving the way for peace, stability, and development. He highlighted that improved law and order has facilitated greater investment, tourism, and socio-economic growth in the region.

LG Sinha reiterated the government’s commitment to maintaining vigilance and ensuring the safety of citizens. He stressed that the administration continues to work closely with security agencies to monitor sensitive areas and prevent any disruption to peace.
