RAJOURI: Mission Director of the National Health Mission (NHM) J&K, Baseer ul Haq Choudhary, visited the Associated Hospital at Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri today, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma.
During the visit, the MD NHM and DC conducted a thorough inspection of the hospital’s departments to evaluate their functioning. They interacted with patients to gather firsthand feedback on healthcare services and engaged with on-duty staff to discuss service delivery and patient care.
Emphasizing the importance of providing quality healthcare, the MD NHM assured full support from NHM for further strengthening medical infrastructure and facilities at GMC Rajouri. Deputy Commissioner Sharma also reiterated the district administration’s commitment to providing all possible assistance to enhance healthcare services for the public.
The visit concluded with instructions to the concerned officers to work diligently and ensure high-quality services across all levels.
