Medical Patrol Conducted for Locals at Kandra Hill, Rajouri

Rajouri: The Indian Army has always been known for its ethos, values and traditions of highest order.  The professional and humane face of Indian Army is well known and is always praised and commended. Following its ethos and traditions, Indian Army has been at the forefront and working alongwith the Awam in their fight against the medical related issues.

The Indian Army at Samote organised medical patrol in far flung areas of Kandra Hill on 10 Mar 25. A total of 36  locals including 15 men, 13  women and 08 children from village of Kandra Hill availed the benefit of free medical treatment & free distribution of medicines. A medical representative from the Army provided treatment to all patients during medical patrol which was organised with the objective of providing medical aid to people.

The local populace appreciated selfless efforts of the Army and said such events not only help in taking medical aid to the doorstep of the people but also help in the synergy between the Army and the Awam towards development of the region.
