Mumbai: The first official teaser of Haunted – Ghosts of the Past 3D, starring Mimoh Chakraborty, is out now.
Written and directed by Vikram Bhatt, the film reunites the filmmaker with Mahesh Bhatt and Anand Pandit after their 2023 collaboration, 1920: Horrors of the Heart.
“Some secrets are meant to be buried… some refuse to stay quiet. The mansion awaits. The shadows whisper. The unseen is watching,” reads the eerie note shared with the teaser.
The video opens with Mimoh’s character driving through a dark forest road toward a deserted mansion. What begins as an exploration soon spirals into spine-chilling encounters — strange apparitions, unsettling events, and ghostly visions of a mysterious girl. The teaser ends with a sudden jump scare as a demonic figure flashes on screen.
Plot details remain under wraps for now. The project was first announced in April when Bhatt unveiled a motion poster, writing:
“After the incredible response to 1920: Horrors of the Heart, I knew we had to return with something even more haunting. So here we are — Haunted 3D: Ghosts of The Past — a terrifying story that will linger long after the lights come back on.”
Sharing his excitement, Mimoh added, “Stepping into the shadows has never felt more thrilling. I’m beyond excited to be part of Haunted 3D: Ghosts of The Past — a horror drama that’s close to my heart and bound to chill you to the bone.”
The film also stars Chetna Pande, Shruti Prakash, Gaurav Bajpai, Praneet Bhatt, and Hemant Pandey. It is slated for theatrical release on November 21, 2025.
