RAJOURI,: A series of impactful awareness programs were organized today across the Rajouri district under the aegis of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.
The events organised on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, witnessed enthusiastic participation from the general public, who actively engaged in discussions and activities, highlighting the dangers of drug abuse and encouraging collective action against it.
Resource persons from multiple departments addressed the gatherings, providing valuable insights into the health hazards and the disastrous consequences of substance abuse on the society.
Speakers emphasized the importance of a drug-free lifestyle and how each individual can play a role in building a healthier and stronger nation.
Adding a cultural dimension to the initiative, Nukkad Nataks (street plays) were presented at various locations to spread the message in a relatable and impactful manner. Informative videos on drug abuse prevention were also screened during the camps further reinforcing the campaign’s objectives.
