Jammu: Lt Ira Vermani, ANO from APS Kaluchak who is a subject Matter Expert in Clinical Psychology performed outstandingly in the PRCN Course SW -111 at Officers Training Academy Gwalior.
She was awarded the Rolling Trophy and Certificate of Excellence in Leadership & Motivation as well as Certificate of Excellence in Lecture on Instructional Practice(IP) . She has demonstrated a *Victorious Will; the DNA of J&K and L Dte leaving a rich legacy. Her commitment is ssen from the fact that she left her 6 years old son at her parents place to pursue this 75 Days course and remained in the flow and in the zone to elicit a convincing proof of the hierarchy in her leadership skills. Lt Ira Vermani and Lt Rukhsana Kousar were part of the Editorial Team of the OTA Gwalior Newsletter and contributed positively in covering all activities holistically capturing the essence of the course.
All three ANOs from JK&L Dte, namely Lt Ira Vermani from APS Kaluchak , Lt(Dr) Rukhsana Kousar from GCW Udhampur and Lt Eshrat Ara from GCW MA Road Srinagar Secured A Grade on the course showcasing their dedication,determination and devotion during the course. The Additional Director General ,NCC Dte JK & L, Maj Gen Anupinder Bevli,VSM has felicitated the achievers and appreciated their commitment. Maj Gen Bevli also appreciated the Principals of APS Kaluchak, GCW Udhampur and GCW MA Road Srinagar for selection of ANOs who can lead from the front and be an example for the Youth.
