MUMBAI: Global technology and digital talent solutions provider NLB Services on Monday announced its entry into the Global Capability Centre (GCC) segment, targeting USD 200 million in revenue over the next five years, according to a senior company executive.

The company also appointed Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer (CBO) of its GCC vertical. Raghavan will spearhead global business strategy and drive growth across priority markets, helping establish and scale operations in India, North America, Asia, the UK, and Europe.

“India continues to lead major GCC expansions worldwide. We have built a strong and trusted presence in the GCC ecosystem by consistently delivering transformative outcomes for global enterprises,” said Varun Sachdeva, SVP and APAC Head of NLB Services.

He added, “Through our GCC-as-a-Service venture, we aim to generate approximately USD 200 million in revenue over the next five years.”

Initially, the GCC venture will focus on mid-market Fintech, BFSI, Retail, and Pharmaceutical sectors, which are undergoing rapid digital transformation and seeking scalable, efficient solutions. “These industries align strongly with our tech-enabled GCC offerings,” Sachdeva noted.

Raghavan said, “By leveraging innovative strategies and deep domain expertise, we aim to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence for organizations globally.” He added that NLB Services’ GCCs in India will be operational by the October–December quarter, with plans to expand internationally.

“India is our initial focus due to its strong talent pool, but we are ready to support customers looking to establish GCCs in other countries as well,” Raghavan said.
