Chief Minister Omar Abdullah highlighted Jammu and Kashmir’s development vision during the 32nd Northern Zonal Council meeting. Speaking at the session, he outlined the state’s priorities in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and economic growth, emphasising the need for coordinated efforts with the central government and neighbouring states.
The CM underscored initiatives aimed at boosting tourism, promoting industrial development, and improving connectivity across the region. He also highlighted schemes designed to empower youth and create employment opportunities, reflecting the government’s commitment to inclusive growth.
Omar Abdullah called for enhanced inter-state collaboration and resource sharing to accelerate development and address common challenges. He expressed optimism that through concerted planning and implementation, Jammu and Kashmir could achieve sustainable growth while ensuring welfare and prosperity for its citizens.
