The OnePlus 15 is set to launch this month in China, with teasers revealing key details about its specifications. China will be the first market to receive the new flagship, as OnePlus skips the 14 series entirely and jumps straight to the 15, positioning it as the company’s premium device for early 2026.
Rumors indicate that the OnePlus 15 could debut in China by the end of October, with other markets, including India, expected to get it before the close of 2025.
The phone is expected to feature a flat design, similar to the recently launched OnePlus 13s, with a sleek flat display and thin bezels for a refined look. The AMOLED display will support a 165Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and potentially 1TB of storage. The Chinese variant will run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
For photography, OnePlus is moving away from the Hasselblad branding, introducing its own imaging engine that promises exciting capabilities. The phone is expected to sport a 50MP triple-camera setup.
Battery life gets a significant boost with a 7,000mAh unit utilizing silicon carbon technology, supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging speeds.
