Srinagar: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Saturday appointed H. Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary of the Power Development Department in Jammu & Kashmir, as the new Chief Secretary of Chandigarh.
An official order, a copy of which is with the authorities, stated that H. Rajesh Prasad, IAS (AGMUT:1995), previously serving in Jammu & Kashmir, will now assume charge as Chandigarh’s Chief Secretary.
In a related move, Ankur Garg (AGMUT:2003), who was serving in Arunachal Pradesh, has been transferred as Advisor to the Administrator of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (DNH&DD).
