New Delhi, December 12 — Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a four-day visit to Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman from December 15, as part of India’s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships across West Asia and Africa.

During the visit, the Prime Minister is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the leadership of all three nations, with discussions likely to focus on cooperation in trade, energy, defence, connectivity, digital innovation and people-to-people exchanges.

Officials said the visit aims to deepen India’s engagement with key regional partners and explore new avenues of collaboration in emerging sectors. The trip is also expected to include interactions with the Indian diaspora, which plays a significant role in strengthening ties with the region.

The Ministry of External Affairs stated that the visit reflects India’s commitment to expanding its global partnerships and enhancing strategic cooperation with countries in West Asia and Africa.

The Prime Minister will return to New Delhi on December 18.
